I believe it is all statistical variance in manufacturing.
Get larger sample sizes of each color.
On a previous thread, the weight of the iphones was found to be slightly different. Some people claimed manufacturing processes are too exact for the difference in mass shown in the pictures posted in the thread. But these people were ignoring the fact that the masses of each color iphone shown in the pictures were less than the mass of the iphone as stated on Apple's site.

OS X and iOS are both going to grow very strong in previewed in depth at WWDC, rollouts later 3rd/4th qtrs. 2011 will indeed see real solidification of each's collaborative strengths.

To be honest, Apple will not put out an iPhoneXS ever now. The name makes it clear that its a spec bump and not anything else.
Not that is bad, this is how most of the phones have been; its just that it creates a bad impression. IMO, the new one will be called the iPhone 5 and so on...

The older models are no longer being made, that is correct.

Here's the gist of the problem: too generous state worker union pensions. I wouldn't be surprised that these pensions are extensively re-done to drastically cut its cost in order to reduce state budget deficits.
Really? Union pensions are the sole cause of states with financial problems?
So do you have any theories about why states without unions are having the same financial problems? Are these union pensions somehow crossing state lines into South Carolina and causing our budget shortfall?
And do you think that unions haven't already offered a cut in pensions and/or numerous other concessions?

we all know m$ is stuffed from day one... the only people i could imagine buying the zune are m$ fanboys or apple haters... "bet your ipod can't do this"... so what...

I didn't know about the discounting, makes it all the more sweeter! I don't follow Pop Factor, couldn't even name any previous winners. It's up to innovative schools to decide whether, and how, iPads have a role in schools. They might have good uses in classrooms, libraries, labs, reading clubs, alongside computers, instead of computers, or who knows.
Oh FFS, c'mon. No they're not. It's a locked-down, uni-tasking, big-ass ipod. Kids are gonna be carrying round something similar in their pockets. Computing isn't the amazing thing it was to us as kids, youths take this **** for granted so a big reader/web browser will interest them for literally seconds. Try and impart some intelligence on this argument cos so far I still haven't heard a good reason for the ipad's existence.

A few minutes before 2am, my Verizon iPhone jumped from 1:57 to 12:57. That lasted for a couple minutes, then it jumped to 3am.

I personally do a lot of rendering...Vector based specifically, and billing clients is an issue when it comes to architectural work.
A lot of clients view an architect as being overpaid anyways, so when they see a 100 hour bill they can get a little uneasy.
I pride myself on being able to produce the "best" & most completed set of drawings available, at the absolutely quickest time (ie, I draft like a bat out of hell, and do it accurately, though my spelling is atrocious)
often I find I must boot into 9 just to produce...however, for mid level drawing 10 is "ok" on a 450 G4, its all about simulation I'm sure (using classic)
once engsw.com releases Powercadd OSX native, I will be all over that...that should change my booting habits. Though I know a faster machine would make a world of a difference as well.
